Superfast 0z - Biography  2009

Over the past seventeen years, Superfast Oz has proved
himself to be one of the most inovative figures on the
hard dance scene. His strong influence has helped shape
the sound and direction of underground dance music today.

Oz has gained strong recogniction from his many sucessfull
production teams, primarily Known to those adivd tune
spotters as the extremly popular "OD404" together with
studio partner, Dom Sweeten, but also Hyperloop, Satellite
Kidz, Big Tool 4 U, D&G and of course his superb solo
projects under his own Superfast Oz guise. Other projects
has led Oz to be involved with tracks featuring huge
international producers including Mauro Picotto and
Signum on a string of leading dance labels.

With hundreds of tracks and releases under his belt, it
comes to no suprise that Oz built up one of the most
respected and sort after labels on the hard dance circuit;
Kaktai Records. If there's no Kaktai in your box, you're
no hard dance DJ!

For eight years of his music career, Oz ran the Brighton
based vinyl retail empire known to you and me as
"Banging Tunes". You may have known BT from its stores in
Brighton and London or you may know it as "Bangingtunes.com"
Upon launching itself into cyberspace several years ago,
Banging Tunes rapidly transformed the way music was being
distributed. It has now has become a world-wide insitution
and an integral part of the global Dance industry.

Since his first gig in 1994 Oz has held residencies for
a string of UK clubs including Energized, Sea-Lab, QED,
Passion, Torture Gardens, Resonance, Storm, Escape From
Samsara, Feersum, Logic, Cheeky Little Monkey, Residance,
Insomniacz, Insekt, and most recently Twist - Londons
most respected after party. Internationally he's held
residencies at London Productions - Cape Town, Popsickle
- San Francisco, Q-Dance - Holland, Maniac Love - Tokyo
and his international success also stretches to regular
guest appearances in Australia, USA, Japan, Canada,
Africa, Finland, Ireland, Sweden and Switzerland all
whilst maintaining regular guest apperances within the
UK. Without a doubt, Superfast Oz is one of the hardest
working DJs in the industry today.
